Services We Offer

Chiropractic and Primary Spine Practitioner

Chiropractors serve as your primary points of contact (primary spine practitioner). They help determine the right course of treatment or recommend additional testing and imaging to better understand your condition. Primary spine practitioners manage your care through resolution.

NeuroSpine and Cranial Surgery

When other treatments don’t work, surgery may be an option. If your condition requires surgery, you can count on the experts at BID Plymouth. Our spine and neurosurgeons are specially trained to perform highly sensitive procedures that get you back to living your life.

You will meet with one of our surgeons to discuss your condition. We'll work together to decide the best treatment options.

Pain Management

Our team of Pain Management providers take a detailed account of your medical history to better understand your pain. Then they tailor a treatment plan to best meet your specific needs

Physiatry and Sports Medicine

If non-surgical care is needed, or you have an athletic injury and want to get back in the game, Dr. Robert Gapinski, MD, who is dual board-certified in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine can help. He specializes in the treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal and athletic injuries, as well as spine related disorders. Dr. Gapinski has a passion for diagnostic ultrasound, he reviews real time imaging in the office with patients and helps find the root cause of your pain to implement the correct treatment plan. If injections are needed for pain, or to help promote tissue healing, he incorporates many different types of ultrasound-guided interventions to deliver the medication directly into the injured structure or pain generator. He incorporates the use of exciting new regenerative/orthobiologic treatments which help to not only minimize pain, but also influence the healing of an injured structure and to have you back onto the road of recovery faster.

Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation

The physical therapists at BID Plymouth Outpatient Rehabilitation Services create a care plan based on your needs. Our physical therapists focus on what’s in your best interests.
