Your Patient Portal

If you're a patient at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Plymouth, you can easily access your health records. Beginning October 26, 2024, Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) introduced a new patient portal called MyBILH Chart along with a new electronic health record called Epic. Over the next two years, this enhanced and secure patient portal will bring together health records from all BILH providers and locations, so you can more easily manage every aspect of your care. If you’re a patient at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Plymouth, you can now easily access your health and medical records 24/7 through MyBILH Chart.

With a MyBILH Chart account you can:

  • Message with your doctor’s office and care team
  • Review test results
  • View your provider’s notes and visit summaries
  • Access your health information
  • Manage your appointments
  • Request prescription refills
  • Pay your bill
  • Complete check in before your appointment

Register for MyBILH Chart

The easiest way to create a MyBILH Chart account, is to use the MyChart activation code that is available to you in one of these ways:

  • During an in-person office visit with a primary or specialty care provider
  • Printed on your after-visit summary
  • Printed on your billing statement

Once you receive an Activation Code, visit  MyBILH Chart to register for your online patient portal account.

If you do not have an activation code, you can follow the instructions to sign up without one.

If you already have a MyLahey Chart, you do not have to register for a new account. Simply log in to MyBILH Chart using your existing MyLahey Chart login information. help you log on to both sites.

Retired Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Plymouth and Physician Portals

As of October 26, 2024, the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Plymouth and Physician Portals are being retired. These patient portals will be available as read only for a period of time. Please use MyBILH Chart to access your health information going forward.
