Kevin Coughlin joined BID Plymouth in September 2014. Previously, he was a senior vice president at Elliot Health System in Manchester, New Hampshire. During his tenure at Elliot Health System, Kevin was responsible for strategic planning and operations of the Elliot Physician Network and Ambulatory Services. From 2006-2010, Kevin was the chief operating officer for the Boston Medical Center Faculty Practice Foundation where he had oversight of all business and ambulatory operations. Kevin received his bachelor's degree in Business from Providence College and a master's degree in Administration from Boston College.
Donna Doherty joined BID Plymouth in January 2009. Previously, she held the position of interim vice president, patient care services/CNO at Caritas Norwood Hospital. After completing her BSN at Southeastern Massachusetts University, Doherty began her nursing practice as a labor and delivery nurse. Her experience includes positions as a supplies representative, clinical software applications specialist, a nurse manager, administrative director for an emergency department and an assistant vice president for nursing.
Taryn was appointed IT Liaison at BID Plymouth in May 2025. A long-standing member of the BID Plymouth community, Taryn brings deep institutional knowledge and a strong track record of leadership in healthcare IT. In her previous role as Interim Director, Epic Inpatient, she played a key role in optimizing the OneBILH Epic system to support high-quality patient care and operational efficiency. Taryn is deeply committed to leveraging technology to improve healthcare delivery and continues to advance BILH's mission of providing exceptional care through innovative IT solutions.
Sheilah Rangaviz is a seasoned healthcare financial executive with a deep understanding of hospital and medical group finance. Sheilah’s expertise in staffing productivity, revenue cycle, and metric-driven dashboards complements her ability to lead analyses in new business lines with an understanding of the integration into the healthcare delivery system. Prior to joining BILH, Sheilah served as the Vice President of Financial Operations at Prospect Medical Holdings.
Prior to joining BID Plymouth, Jennifer Rice served as the vice president of advancement at Simmons University where she was recruited to lead the development office in preparation for a presidential transition. Prior to Simmons, Jennifer served for five years as vice president for development and alumni affairs at Wheelock College, where she completed an $87 million campaign and was responsible for fundraising strategy and execution, alumni relations and advancement communications. For 13 years before joining Wheelock, Jennifer was a consultant with The Wayland Group, a regional consulting firm to nonprofit organizations, where she worked with a variety of clients. Early in her career, Jennifer worked at The John F. Kennedy Library Foundation for 10 years in development. Originally from New York City, Jennifer attended Bates College and has an MBA in nonprofit management from Boston University.
Luis Rivera joined BID Plymouth in April 2025 as Interim Executive Director, Human Resources Business Partner. He brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across healthcare and corporate sectors. Most recently, Luis served as Executive Director, HR Business Partner for CVS Health. Known for his strategic approach, deep expertise in employee relations and passion for putting people first, Luis is committed to supporting BID Plymouth’s workforce and ensuring a seamless transition during this interim period.
Dr. Tenny Thomas comes to us from Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton where he served as the CMO. Dr. Thomas received his medical degree from the College of Medicine at Sultan Qaboos University in Oman and completed his residency at George Washington University Hospital in Washington, DC. He is board certified in emergency medicine. Dr. Thomas also has a master’s degree in healthcare leadership from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. In addition to his CMO role, Dr. Thomas is a member of BID Plymouth’s Emergency Department and continues to practice emergency medicine.
Erin Yale, MM, FACHE, joined Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital – Plymouth in 2024 as the inaugural Chief Operating Officer. Previously, she served as Vice President, Surgical, Diagnostics and Therapeutics at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, a Level I pediatric trauma center and Level I Children’s Surgery Center. Erin also held leadership positions at Medical College of Wisconsin and Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation/Northwestern Medicine.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tufts University, and a Master of Management with a Healthcare Concentration from Brandeis University.
