Jonathan Lind, MBA, FACHE, President

An Attleboro, MA native, Jonathan is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience and has been a champion for expanding access to high-quality, community-based care throughout his career. Before joining Beth Israel Lahey Health, he served as President of Endeavor Health’s Swedish Hospital in Chicago and as System Executive for Radiology across the Endeavor Health system. In this capacity, he strengthened system-wide radiology alignment across five physician groups and nine hospitals. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of leadership roles at Swedish Covenant Hospital and Galter LifeCenter, where he led major capital projects, improved financial performance, and built strong community partnerships.

Lynn Cronin, MSN, RN, CNL, Interim Chief Nursing Officer

Prior to serving as Interim Chief Nursing Officer at BID Plymouth, Lynn Cronin has been at BID Milton for 38 years in multiple roles. A native of the United Kingdom, Lynn worked as a midwife in the UK before coming to the U.S., where she earned both her BSN and MSN at Curry College. She joined BID Milton in 1987 and has spent her entire nursing career there. At BID Milton, prior to serving as Chief Nursing Officer for the past 16 years, she held other leadership positions including Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, Nursing Supervisor, and Director of Informatics.

Matthew Hesketh, MBA, Chief Operating Officer

Matthew Hesketh serves as Chief Operating Officer of Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Plymouth, where he oversees hospital operations and leads key strategic initiatives to support high-quality, patient-centered care. He brings extensive experience in hospital leadership and operations, most recently serving as President of Boston Medical Center–South in Brockton, where he led the integration of Good Samaritan Medical Center into the Boston Medical Center Health System. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Good Samaritan Medical Center, Morton Hospital, and Carney Hospital. Matt earned his MBA in Healthcare Management from Southern New Hampshire University and his BA from Boston College.

John Lew, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, Vice President of Human Resources

John Lew has spent over three decades working in various HR leadership positions across both academic medical centers and higher education. Most recently, he has served as Vice President for Human Resources for Lahey Hospital & Medical Center. Prior to Lahey, he held leadership positions with the University of Virginia, Wake Forest Baptist Health and Elon University both located in North Carolina. In addition, he has served in leadership roles with Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Berklee College of Music. John holds a BS in Human Resource Management from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth and is certified as a senior HR professional.

Taryn Paronich, IT Liaison, BID Plymouth and Director, Epic Inpatient

Taryn was appointed IT Liaison at BID Plymouth in May 2025. A long-standing member of the BID Plymouth community, Taryn brings deep institutional knowledge and a strong track record of leadership in healthcare IT. She played a key role in optimizing the OneBILH Epic system to support high-quality patient care and operational efficiency. Taryn is deeply committed to leveraging technology to improve healthcare delivery and continues to advance BILH's mission of providing exceptional care through innovative IT solutions.

Sheilah Rangaviz, Market Chief Financial Officer

Sheilah Rangaviz is a seasoned healthcare financial executive with a deep understanding of hospital and medical group finance. Sheilah’s expertise in staffing productivity, revenue cycle, and metric-driven dashboards complements her ability to lead analyses in new business lines with an understanding of the integration into the healthcare delivery system. Prior to joining BILH, Sheilah served as the Vice President of Financial Operations at Prospect Medical Holdings.

Kyle Trecartin, MD, MBA, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Trecartin is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. Dr. Trecartin received his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and completed his residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. His interests include clinical quality and operations, and patient satisfaction. In addition to his CMO role, Dr. Trecartin continues to practice emergency medicine. He lives on the South Shore with his wife, children, and golden retriever.
