Prepared Childbirth

This class is designed to meet the needs of expectant parents over a few weeks. The class includes what to expect during labor and delivery, a review of breathing and relaxation techniques to prepare for labor, and options for your birth experience. There will also be a tour of the Birthplace.

We offer both one-day class and weeknight series options for your convenience.

How To Register for Classes

1. Select Register on this page to see a schedule of our upcoming classes.
2. Find the class day and time that you would like to attend and select it on the schedule. This will bring you to the registration form.
3. Fill out the online class registration form and submit it.
