Our Commitment to a Healthier Community
At Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Plymouth (BID Plymouth), we're committed to improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve. Through our Community Benefits work, we partner with residents and local organizations to address community health needs and priorities identified through the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA).
BID Plymouth's Community Benefits Service Area includes Carver, Duxbury, Kingston, and Plymouth.
Guided by the Community Benefits Advisory Committee (CBAC), BID Plymouth focuses on addressing the most pressing health needs in our communities. Learn more about our Community Health Needs Assessment and the actions planned to improve community health over the next three years.

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Plymouth's Community Benefits efforts are guided by the following principles, which shape how we collaborate, invest resources, and measure impact across our programs and partnerships:
