Helping you heal in mind, body and spirit
How you think, feel and act plays a crucial role in your overall wellbeing. But the challenges of everyday life can make it hard to be at your best. Through Behavioral Health Integrated Care at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Plymouth, we focus on keeping you well. You'll find help for all aspects of your wellbeing.
We believe in addressing your behavioral health needs, including substance use, from every angle — with compassion and kindness. This includes working directly with primary care and emergency care to ensure all are aligned on your care plan.
Specialized behavioral health services for seniors are available, as well.
Integrated Care delivery blends medical and behavioral health treatment with a holistic approach, by sharing information systems (medical records), and working closely and collaboratively with a patient’s treatment team to provide confidential, individualized and patient-centered care.
The BID Plymouth Behavioral Health Integrated Care is a short-term, collaborative care model program, which provides patients quick access to quality behavioral health treatment by supporting the medical, behavioral health, and substance use needs of individuals and families in the community. We provide patients ages 18 years and older with quick access to behavioral health treatment.
